Our workshop brings together the preparation of wooden components, shaping, carving, assembly and order coordination. This gives Zhilvan the flexibility to produce established collections and develop custom models for qualified retail and project orders.

Brief & planning
Design direction and production planning
The process begins with the selected model or a custom brief. Dimensions, construction details, materials, finish direction and expected quantity are reviewed before production starts.

Wood preparation
Cutting, shaping and curved components
Raw timber is transformed into straight, rounded and curved components. Parts are prepared in repeatable sets so that each model can move efficiently into assembly.

Carving & detail
Ornamental carving and frame detailing
For carved collections, decorative elements and frame profiles are shaped and refined before assembly. This stage defines the visual character of the finished mirror.

Assembly
Assembly and consistency across a batch
Prepared parts are joined into mirror frames and furniture structures. Batch organization helps maintain consistent proportions and construction across repeated orders.

Finishing & preparation
Surface finishing, protection and order preparation
After structural work, products move through the selected surface-finishing route, final fitting and protection. Orders are then organized for collection, retail projects or shipment coordination.
